[POEM] THE POWER OF MOVEMENT BY PROF. BENEVOLENT

THE POWER OF MOVEMENT When everything seems impossible When life becomes more of endurance than enjoyment There comes the power of movement. Which compels you to wander from place to place. The power of movement is very strong Much influential like the storm That has no respect for your status or whatever But pushes you away from trouble Movement is something boring It creates a distance between you and your loved ones But gets you closer to your dreams Choose to follow your dreams by moving For it takes you a step higher Movement is not sequential It is influenced by purpose It prepares you to fit into a society  Where you will be celebrated for centuries. [POEM] A DAY WILL COME BY PRO. BENEVOLENT

A DAY WILL COME A day will come, where i will no longer be on earth. With a unique decoration, that will be used to get me off the set. People gathered, family, friends and loved ones to pay their last respect. With a self - contained box , i will be sent to an unknown place to go and rest. All my properties will be left behind The cars and houses will never be mine On the way,my toils and sufferings would still be in mind. The end is but a journey of one. Deep underground i will be left to rot With the soul moving about in thought Of the good and bad things done of course And the great judgement that lies in front. You will miss my teasing and troubles When the thunder is made to rumble My life story will be made intelligible To the world  because I was noble. Remember there is a  journey That does not cost a penny An event that is seen as a call to glory. So be ready  to face the journey of no return. WRITER : Duku Gideon Mensah (Prof Benevolent). WHEN LOVE ENDS. The world seem to be horror All things look like singing a coronach People begin living in terror With the fear of encountering a warrior You must move on with a unique splendour Much poised with the aim to conquer The fears of being left to Wander In the world where you are put assunder   When love ends ,we are left with friendship A moment we feel in a fellowship A compensation for a relationship Which is more of internship You will be rejected and shunned By those who looked like saints and sons But in all set ups and set backs Remember to move on when love ends. [POEM] THE TASTE OF LOVE BY PROF. BENEVOLENT

THE TASTE OF LOVE. Love has a taste which is felt By the heart that is at peace With the reactions of the inner being Causing the heart to play a beat. Love knows no bounds For it is clear than echoes of Sound. It recognizes only the perfect one around For in the heart ,love abounds. The taste of love is sweet than honey It makes us commit to memory The times we spend making merry At the time we should be making money. Love can be blind But above all ,it is kind When your heart connects with mine You will understand that love is nice. Hold me tightly Watch me closely Kiss me passionately Caress me sexily  I know love is crazy But we ain't gonna be naughty To feel the sense of guilty Over a moment of emotional certainty. Though your path may seem oblique You will definately be unique When you achieve a great feat  You will be celebrated on streets Nothing good comes from the comfort  zone You need to stand up and Work on your own. So that you can be bold some day to say I made it through thick and thin by grace Today you are here but tommorrow you are gone. What legacy are you leaving on To posterity and beyond For both Old and young Let us change the status quo. We have rested for long But the day is so young And we have been told to be strong It is within our capacity  To arise with vulcanic fury To tailor our thoughts towards Prosperity For nothing good comes from the comfort zone By: Prof Benevolent.

Meet the Trainee teacher who uses his leisure time to weave local made basketry

Covid is here and has come to stay. In order to fit into the system where personal hygiene as well as all protocols are concerned, a Student of Enchi College Of Education had made a shocking move to turn the old mess down. As a craft of his, Nkrumah Acheampong Ernest took to himself to use his God given talent to help his college in curbing and controlling sanitation on campus.  He move to the backward of the campus to find himself a number of raffia (palm tree) to make a basket. The shocking news is that most of the students shared words of praises to him and also served as immediate scene for some students who had never witnessed how local baskets are made.   The 27 year old students of Enchico is from Edweso in the Asante Region of Ghana.  Seedy Wan as most known on campus promised to use the weekends to craft more of the baskets so he may share to the various halls on campus!
